Grilled Buffalo Chicken Dip

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 25 minutes
Serving: 6-8 servings
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works well)
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup hot sauce (adjust to your preferred spice level)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onions
One teaspoon garlic powder
One teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Vegetable oil for grilling
Tortilla chips or sliced veggies for serving
Directions:
Preheat your grill to medium heat. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, hot sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled blue cheese, chopped green onions, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Season the shredded chicken with salt and pepper, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
Make sure the chicken is evenly distributed throughout the dip. Prepare a grill-safe baking dish or cast-iron skillet by lightly coating it with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
Transfer the buffalo chicken dip mixture into the dish and spread it out evenly. Place the dish on the preheated grill and close the lid.
Cook the dip for about 20-25 minutes or until it becomes hot and bubbly and the top is slightly browned and crispy. Remove the dish from the grill using oven mitts or heat-resistant gloves, and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Serve the Grilled Buffalo Chicken Dip with tortilla chips or sliced veggies for dipping.
